Pomaga ti lahko opazovanje vdiha in izdiha. Osredoto\u010denost na dih lahko tako zaposli tvoj um, da pozabi po\u0161iljati vse ne\u0161tete misli skozi tvoje mo\u017egane. In \u010de se vseeno zatakne\u0161 v kak\u0161ni misli, ni\u010d zato.
