Tanja \u017delj je naredila malo \u0161tudijo novoletnih zaobljub in na\u0161la trike, kako jih izpolniti, in pasti, ki te lahko od njih odvrnejo. Izogni se pastem in \u2026 letos zmagaj. Pri Punci navijamo zate!<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Med prazniki sem ve\u010d brala. Tudi zato obo\u017eujem praznike. Moj komentar bo seveda spodbuden. Recimo, da si postavim cilj, da se bom nagradila, \u010de bom v enem mesecu vsaj 15-krat aktivna. In ko ta cilj dose\u017eem, si za nagrado nekaj &#8216;privo\u0161\u010dim&#8217;. Jaz v mojih letih si najpogosteje privo\u0161\u010dim masa\u017eo ali novo knjigo. Ti si lahko omisli\u0161 karkoli. Naj bo uporabno in majhno.<\/p>\n<p>Princip zunanje nagrade uporabljamo toliko \u010dasa, da novo navado usvojimo \u2013 torej v povpre\u010dju 66 dni, \u010de jo seveda izvajamo. In s tem ni ni\u010d narobe (\u010de ni prepogost) \u2026<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Ko pa si tako utrujena, da res ni\u010desar ne zmore\u0161, pa je najbolje, da se najprej spo\u010dije\u0161. \u0160ele spo\u010dita bo\u0161 imela spet ve\u010d volje in energije zase.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"font-210119\" style=\"color: #81b38a;\"><strong>Postavljanje ciljev ti pomagajo, da bo\u0161 uspe\u0161na in zadovoljna<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Ko nastopi \u010das, da si postavimo nove cilje, pomeni, da smo nekaj \u017ee dosegle. Postavljanje ciljev (to sem pa potem prebrala \u0161e v tretji knjigi) je pomemben element uspe\u0161nega in zadovoljnega \u017eivljenja. In zadovoljstvo nam na dolgi rok prina\u0161a pot do cilja, ne nujno sam cilj.<\/p>\n<p>Tako da te spodbujam, da razmi\u0161lja\u0161 o tem. O svojih potrebah, \u017eeljah. Kaj ti ustreza, kaj ti ne. Z razumevanjem svojih potreb v \u017eivljenju jasneje in pametneje izbiramo zase. Sploh vse tisto, kar po\u010dnemo v prostem \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"font-210119\" style=\"color: #81b38a;\"><strong>Novi cilj: novo leto brez novoletnih zaobljub \u2013 ker jih ne rabi\u0161 ve\u010d. <\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Za konec s tabo delim \u0161e moj rek iz prakse (ki ima tudi svojega avtorja, seveda).
