{"id":2341,"date":"2022-07-26T08:25:58","date_gmt":"2022-07-26T08:25:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.punca.si\/?p=2341"},"modified":"2022-08-23T23:05:32","modified_gmt":"2022-08-23T23:05:32","slug":"kako-se-najlazje-znebis-slabega-pocutja","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.punca.si\/?p=2341","title":{"rendered":"Kako se najla\u017eje \u2018znebi\u0161\u2019 slabega po\u010dutja"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3><span class=\"font-210119\" style=\"color: #ffbe9f;\">V mojih najstni\u0161kih letih se mi je pogosto zdelo, da so moja negativna \u010dustva glavni krivec za moje probleme. <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"font-210119 font-327280\" style=\"color: #000000;\">Domi\u0161ljala sem si, da bom neko\u010d postala tako mo\u010dna kot filmski agent James Bond in me ni\u010d ne bo ve\u010d iztirilo. Prepri\u010dana sem bila, da je moj cilj glede te te\u017eave, da dose\u017eem ve\u010dno harmonijo (halooo, ali to sploh obstaja) in da mi nikoli ve\u010d ne bo treba biti slabe volje, jezna, \u017ealostna, razo\u010darana, depresivna, prestra\u0161ena, osramo\u010dena, ogor\u010dena, ljubosumna \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Ob tem so se mi v ozadju sicer ogla\u0161ali pomisleki v slogu: \u010de ne bom ve\u010d \u010dutila negativnih ob\u010dutkov, ali bom potem sploh \u0161e \u010dutila pozitivne ob\u010dutke veselja,<br \/>\nnavdu\u0161enja, ljubezni, radosti, zaupanja, spokojnosti, ekstaze, miru, sre\u010de? Kajti tem se pa\u010d nisem bila pripravljena odre\u010di za to ceno.<\/p>\n<p>In leta so tekla, moje po\u010dutje je nihalo gor in dol, skladno z okoli\u0161\u010dinami, ki so me spremljale. Dokler se mi ni lepega dne posvetilo: \u010dustva so moj glavni kompas, ki me usmerjajo tja, kamor \u017eeli moja du\u0161a. (A tukaj ne pride v po\u0161tev vsakodnevno pre\u017eivljanje \u010dasa na kav\u010du pred televizijo, ra\u010dunalni\u0161kim ali telefonskim ekranom.) Zato je prav, da jih \u010dim bolj ob\u010dutim, ne pa, da se jih znebim.<\/p>\n<p>Pomembno pa je, da se nau\u010dim <strong>upravljati s svojimi \u010dustvi<\/strong>. Pri tem ne mislim robotskega nadzorovanja. To bi namre\u010d pomenilo togost, ki se v \u017eivljenju slej ko prej zlomi. Tukaj mislim na <strong>uspe\u0161no prepoznavanje \u010dustev, njihovo usmerjanje in prelivanje iz negativnih v nevtralna in naprej v pozitivna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vem, vem, da se morda sli\u0161i preprosto, a ko je treba to izvesti v praksi, se po navadi zdi manj preprosto. A v resnici je tudi v <strong>praksi zelo preprosto<\/strong>! Pomembno je le, da \u010dim hitreje <strong>prepoznamo<\/strong>, da se nam je spro\u017eilo negativno \u010dustvo, ga <strong>poimenujemo in<\/strong> nato <strong>ob\u010dutimo, v katerem delu telesa je<\/strong>. Nato se odlo\u010dimo, da smo pripravljene, da ga <strong>preusmerimo ali s\u010distimo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"font-210119\" style=\"color: #81b38a;\">Naj ti razkrijem 9 na\u010dinov, kako lahko slabo po\u010dutje in negativne ob\u010dutke uporabi\u0161 za preoblikovanje v nova spoznanja, ustvarjalne ideje in dobro voljo<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>1. Pisanje dnevnika \u2013 svoje negativne ob\u010dutke lahko zlije\u0161 na papir. To je zelo dobra metoda, ki ti ponudi tudi zelo dober vpogled v zakulisje tvojega \u010dusteno-<br \/>\numskega dogajanja. To metodo lahko odli\u010dno izkoristi\u0161 tudi za usmerjanje naprej na \u017eeleno oziroma za nastavljanje pozitivnih vizij v tak\u0161nih in podobnih situacijah.<br \/>\n2. Risanje, kiparjenje in drugo ustvarjanje \u2013 umetni\u0161ke aktivnosti so \u017ee od nekdaj odli\u010dna metoda za pre\u010di\u0161\u010devanje \u010dustev. Ponujajo svet brez omejitev,<br \/>\nprost vklop domi\u0161ljije, na koncu pa te navdajo z dobrim ob\u010dutkom, ko dejansko ustvari\u0161 nekaj oprijemljivega v 3D-svetu (kar nam vsem pogosto manjka ob vse bolj digitalnem na\u010dinu \u017eivljenja).<br \/>\n3. Poslu\u0161anje glasbe \u2013 to je zelo prakti\u010dna metoda, ker jo lahko prakticira\u0161 kjerkoli, saj si lahko nadene\u0161 slu\u0161alke in glasbo, s katero najbolj resonira\u0161, na koncu pa si lahko predvaja\u0161 \u0161e kak\u0161no tako, ki ti povrne optimizem in ti da nov, sve\u017e zagon. Sploh je pa zvok zelo mo\u010dno delujo\u010d na nas, saj vemo, da zvok lahko tudi zdravi.<br \/>\n4. Ples \u2013 zdru\u017euje kombinacijo glasbe in giba. Je zelo u\u010dinkovita metoda, ker zdru\u017euje glasbo, ki je \u017ee sama po sebi zdravilna in u\u010dinkovita za spreminjanje<br \/>\nrazpolo\u017eenja, gib pa dodatno omogo\u010di, da stresa\u0161 svoje telo in tudi na telesni ravni sprosti\u0161 in razbije\u0161 blokade. Dodaten bonus pa je \u0161e, da lahko prebudi\u0161 \u0161e<br \/>\nsvojo kreativnost, ki jo prinese gibanje v sozvo\u010dju z glasbo.<br \/>\n5. Telovadba, tek in drugi \u0161porti &#8211; podobno kot ples delujejo blagodejno na \u010dustva (kot tudi na telo in um ter duha) vse vrste gibanja oziroma premikanja na\u0161ega telesa. Saj vemo, da se \u010dustva lahko (s\u010dasoma) odra\u017eajo kot \u010disto prava, legitimna telesna bole\u010dina. In \u010de telo prevetri\u0161, avtomati\u010dno prevetri\u0161 tudi \u010dustva. Telesni napor pa ti ponuja \u0161e dodatno premagovanje same sebe in s tem pomikanje iz cone udobja, kar na koncu pu\u0161\u010da \u0161e ve\u010dje zadovoljstvo.<br \/>\n6. Sprehod \u2013 \u017ee sam lahkoten sprehod po sve\u017eem zraku dela \u010dude\u017ee glede razpolo\u017eenja. V\u010dasih se je treba kar prisiliti, saj se je dosti la\u017eje zasedeti doma ali<br \/>\nv slu\u017ebi pred ekrani (kakr\u0161nimi koli \u017ee).<br \/>\n7. Petje \u2013 ne pravijo zastonj, da kdor poje, zlo ne misli. Petje je ustvarjanje lastne glasbe, ki najbolje poskrbi za vibracijo telesa in njegovo vrnitev v ravnote\u017eje.<br \/>\n8. Dihalne vaje \u2013 kakr\u0161no koli dihanje, ki ga \u017ee sicer pozna\u0161 z joge ali drugih telesnih ali borilnih ve\u0161\u010din, pridejo prav. Ali Wim Kohovo metodo in podobne. \u010ce<br \/>\nne pozna\u0161 nobene, se preprosto osredoto\u010di na svoje, naravno dihanje, pri \u010demer posku\u0161aj ohranjati \u010dim bolj enakomerno ali spontano dihanje. Lahko pa si samo dolo\u010di\u0161 poljubno \u0161tevilno vdihov in izdihov ter jih izvede\u0161 \u010dim bolj poglobljeno.<br \/>\n9. (Mrzel) tu\u0161 \u2013 voda lahko v hipu osve\u017ei celotno tvoje telo, da se po\u010duti\u0161 kot prerojena. Bolj kot je mrzla, globlji u\u010dinek ima.<\/p>\n<p>Bolj redno kot bo\u0161 vadila to preusmerjanje slabih \u010dustev v prijetnej\u0161a, bolj\u0161a bo\u0161 postala v tem. Hitreje bo\u0161 prepoznala spro\u017eilec negativnega \u010dustvenega impulza in s\u010dasoma bo\u0161 lahko \u017ee takoj prepre\u010dila, da se razleze in raz\u0161iri kot po\u017ear. S tem bo\u0161 okrepila tudi intuicijo, saj bo\u0161 bolj v stiku s svojim notranjim svetom ob\u010dutkov.
