Se o tem spra\u0161uje\u0161 tudi ti?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Moj strokovni odgovor je tak: Hoja je super in skorajda nujno potrebna v gibanju posameznika. Vendar \u017eal samo hoja za telo z vidika gibanja ni dovolj.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"font-210119\" style=\"color: #81b38a;\">Si vedela?<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Mlaj\u0161e kot je telo, ve\u010d si lahko privo\u0161\u010di, saj ima ve\u010d energije in ve\u010d zmore. Najbolj\u0161i trening za kondicijo mo\u017eganov je namre\u010d, da opravljajo razli\u010dne naloge.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"font-210119\" style=\"color: #81b38a;\"><strong>Kaj je poleg hoje \u0161e treba dati telesu?<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"font-210119\">Aerobni \u0161porti<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hoja (tek, rolanje, tek na smu\u010deh, kolesarjenje, drsanje \u2026) spada med aerobne \u0161porte. To pomeni, da z njimi vzdr\u017eujemo dobro kondicijo in pozitivno vplivamo na sr\u010dno-\u017eilni sistem. In to je le ena od petih gibalnih sposobnosti, ki jih je treba vzdr\u017eevati pri telesu.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font-210119\">Vaje za ravnote\u017eje<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Enako je pomembna kot so ravnote\u017eje, koordinacija, gibljivost in mo\u010d. Telo potrebuje tudi nekaj vaj za ravnote\u017eje. Drugi del pa je vadba, ki jo izvajam doma na blazini in vsebuje kombinacijo vaj iz pilatesa, joge, &#8216;animal movementa&#8217;, fascije, mobilnosti \u2026 in mi da celoto, ki jo moje telo potrebuje.<\/p>\n<p>In ker enako delam tudi s svojimi strankami, lahko re\u010dem, da je to idealna kombinacija za \u010dlove\u0161ko telo, ki se dandanes \u017eal premalo giba in ki preve\u010d sedi.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"font-210119\">Pripravila sem vadbo zate, klikni\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Tukaj sem zate pripravila kratko vadnico, ki jo lahko naredi\u0161 kar zdaj takoj.
